End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and EFFICIENTLY ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of the EFFICIENTLY practice management platform (the "Software").

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal business operations during the term of your subscription.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Software
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or sublicense access to the Software

3. User Data

You retain all ownership of data you upload to the Software. We process and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Disclaimers

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFFICIENTLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ceases immediately.
